The project coordinator has the responsibilities of maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures. Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project. Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.

PURCHASING ASSISTANT

Prepares purchase orders by verifying specifications and price; obtaining recommendations from suppliers for substitute items; obtaining approval from requisitioning department. Obtains purchased items by forwarding orders to suppliers; monitoring and expediting orders.
