Thank you for being here William, let me start by introducing you this is William I say CEO of easy foods a tortilla and chips manufacturer very successful by the way and growing tortillas and manufactured. So, let me start by the beginning, what were you doing before we engaged as it relates to HR and what positions were you trying to fill.
William:
So, we were trying to fill a senior position, it was actually a director of HR for quite some time.

Oh, I see and what problems were you having filing this role, I mean what strategies were you trying and what were your frustrations if you may?

Of course, so we’re just not finding the right candidate, we used traditional routes, ads on job, boards, we did several interviews with a lot of different candidates but we just couldn’t find somebody that we felt would be the right fit for the job.

William:
