Sales Development Representative Job-Remote-B2B-SDR


Successful Recruitment & Consulting company looking to hire an energetic, reliable and out going Sales Development Representative-B2B. This is a remote position and can be based anywhere in the US. Preferably, easter or central time.

Essential Duties:

  • Cold calling to small medium-sized businesses
  • Creating appointments to generate new business through direct prospecting efforts and close sales
  • Schedule and run online presentations/ demos with executives, business owners, and decision makers using platforms such as Skype, Zoom, GoogleMeet, RingCentral etc.
  • Grow sales through online research, networking, other marketing efforts
  • Update and maintain the company CRM database
  • Other related duties as assigned

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of b2b sales experience preferred
  • 1+ years of lead generation and business development
  • The ability to learn a sales script and overcome objections.
  • Strong computer skills and understanding of spreadsheet software
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working with little direction
  • Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills
  • High energy individual and a self starter
  • High School Diploma or GED, college degree preferred
  • High experience with online video meeting platforms


  • Monday to Friday


  • Bonus pay
  • Commission pay
