Sales Development Representative Job-Remote-B2B-SDR
Successful Recruitment & Consulting company looking to hire an energetic, reliable and out going Sales Development Representative-B2B. This is a remote position and can be based anywhere in the US. Preferably, easter or central time.
Essential Duties:
- Cold calling to small medium-sized businesses
- Creating appointments to generate new business through direct prospecting efforts and close sales
- Schedule and run online presentations/ demos with executives, business owners, and decision makers using platforms such as Skype, Zoom, GoogleMeet, RingCentral etc.
- Grow sales through online research, networking, other marketing efforts
- Update and maintain the company CRM database
- Other related duties as assigned
Requirements & Qualifications:
- 1+ years of b2b sales experience preferred
- 1+ years of lead generation and business development
- The ability to learn a sales script and overcome objections.
- Strong computer skills and understanding of spreadsheet software
- Self-motivated and comfortable working with little direction
- Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills
- High energy individual and a self starter
- High School Diploma or GED, college degree preferred
- High experience with online video meeting platforms
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Pay:
- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
